Small Batch Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes 8 four inch round cookies

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 egg yolk

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions:

Combine butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Mix.

Add egg yolk and mix until incorporated.

Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.
