Choux au craquelin - Strawberry Shortcake edition

Choux au craquelin are one of those desserts I never thought I’d be able to make. Well, here I am, in quarantine with Panza, making choux au craquelin.

I used the choux recipe from Zoe Bakes. I have also tried the recipe from Cook’s Illustrated but I prefer Zoe’s.

I used the craquelin recipe from Cloudy Kitchen.

I cut the cream puffs in half and filled them with about a tablespoon of strawberry jam and piped in some freshly whipped cream.
